Thanks for inquiring about our scheduled broadcast of the All-American 400 at Fairgrounds Speedway Nashville.
Unfortunately, despite nearly three years of partnership with the track, we have been asked by the facility not to exercise our contractual rights to broadcast. While we are disappointed with this decision, we still believe we retain exclusive legal rights to broadcast any event promoted by Fairgrounds Speedway Nashville through the end of the agreement's term. From our side, any other broadcasts are in breach of our agreement and any interference with that agreement will be handled in accordance with the law.
To our fans, we thank you for your support at Fairgrounds Speedway Nashville over the years. We'll continue to provide quality broadcasts to our fans and our partner tracks and series for a long time to come. This is but an unfortunate bump in the road that is the business of broadcasting. We wish the Formosas and Fairgrounds Speedway Nashville the best of success on their event even though we will not be part of it this year.
